Kukup is a fishing village situated at the
south-western tip of Malaysia. It is famous for its seafood and sea related
activities for tourist. The subject property is located just next to the
existing Kukup Golf Resort and about 50 meters from the sea. It is only 30
minutes from Johor Bahru and Singapore and 5 minutes from Kukup Immigration
