The subject property is located 2 km off the Tapah-Chenderiang road. The road is currently not well maintained and requires either 4-wheel-drive or motorbike to navigate it. This photo is taken in the middle of the estate.
 

There is a crystal-clear river about 10-15 feet wide running across the land. The oil palm trees are planted very close to the river. Here one can see some of the bigger boulders on the river.

A typical oil palm tree on the land. The trees are about 5-7 years old and seems to have abundance of fruits. About 5 acres of the subject property are on a slope.
 		 This is the view of a typical tree from close-up. According to the owner, his net income is RM2,000 per every 3 weeks.
