The subject property is a 60 acres secondary forest and the company has the right to develop the land with the state body. There is a clean river about 10-20 wide adjoining the property. Part of the land is flat and part of it slightly hilly.
 

There are some big durian trees on the land which we presume were planted by the orang asli. Overall, the subject property is covered with trees of all sizes but is not virgin jungle. Very suitable for planting oil palm and fruit trees.
